With 25 years in education and 15 years in law enforcement, Staci Weaver brings a unique perspective to educational leadership. As a current Superintendent and managing partner with School Safety Pros, her experience ranges from classroom teaching to administrative leadership, complemented by advanced degrees in Business Administration and Global Management.

Leadership Built on Experience

Staci's journey from police officer specializing in drug recognition and DUI enforcement to educational leader demonstrates her commitment to public service. As an educator, she has served in diverse roles from university-level instructor to English Language Arts teacher, advancing to Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Principal, and ultimately Superintendent. Her active involvement on the YMCA Plano Board, Plano Board of Adjustment, and Texas Public Charter School Association Board shows her dedication to community service.

A Career Dedicated in Public Service

Drawing on her MBA and BBA in Global Management, Staci has served in multiple educational leadership roles including Senior Director of School Operations and Assistant Principal. Her commitment to education is evident through her service on the Dean's Advisory Committee for the College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M University.

As a managing partner with School Safety Pros, Staci conducts school safety audits and provides active threat training. She holds certifications in Standard Response Protocol, Parent Reunification, Digital Threat Assessment, and Behavior Threat Assessment

Deep Community Roots

Staci actively serves on multiple community boards including the YMCA Plano Board, the Plano Board of Adjustment, and the Texas Public Charter School Association Board. A long-time resident, she has been married to her high school sweetheart David for 38 years and is a proud grandmother to four grandsons.
