1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting into SMS communications from ESW, you agree to these Terms of Agreement. Our text messaging services provide updates, promotions, and customer support. Standard messaging rates may apply, and participation is voluntary.
2. Opt-In & Opt-Out
You may opt-in by providing your phone number via our website, signup forms, or other means. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP will provide additional assistance. You may also contact us at [email protected]
3. Message Frequency
You may receive eight messages per month depending on your interactions with ESW.
4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
ESW does not guarantee message delivery, as it depends on mobile carriers and network providers.ESW is not liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience caused by SMS communications, including but not limited to delays, errors, or service interruptions.
5. User Responsibilities
By opting into ESW’s SMS services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. You are providing accurate and authorized contact information. You understand that message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
